I love authenticity, and I think it means so much. Nobody's perfect, and look for a leader that can actually own up to that, and going:
"I'm not perfect, but I'm trying. You're my team, I don't know everything, I need you to come here but I also need you to help me grow".
And if a person's authentic they can get through it.
It also comes down to how do you respect others, how do you work with them? If you're
authentic you'll be fine. If you're not authentic, you focused on something else and you're always going to try and be something that you are not, and people feel it and they don't want to be with you.
We all have good days, we all have bad days, we all have things that we like, we've all got our quirks. Accept that. There's nothing worse than having a leader that's super rigid, that you just feel you can't approach. They don't understand and they're not open to any
type of connection.
